Too cool for school

lToday Kylie had her portfolio conference for her home schooling. We met with her area teacher to go through a sampling of her work.
She grabbed my sunglasses on the way out the door...




And then never took them off.....




Thank goodness her teacher embraced her personality and just rolled with it. Good news is Kylie scored better on her ISAT and IRI than she ever has before. I am so glad I pulled her from public school over Christmas break. Her self esteem has sky rocketed and she is so much happier. She was accepted into the Montessori school for fall along with Kaiden. I think the learning format there will compliment her learning style well. I love that girl!
