I live in Idaho.
We grow potatoes.
Well, I don't grow them....the farmers do.
Big fat ones.
And then they ship them to all the other states and we buy them from Washington.
Why?
Don't ask me.
Anyway.....
My kids HATE potatoes.
Baked.
Mashed.
Fried.
Hashed.
You name it.
They WON'T eat it.
It's weird.
It's hard to come up with side dishes.
It's un-Idahoan.

ugh! Same with our kids...won't touch them! Unless you count mcdonald's french fries as potatoes!
What is it with kids?! I LOVE potatoes and Jaxon won't touch them! Grrrr.
Lucia doesn't like potatoes either-or rice. Sides are hard to come up with-sometimes we just go without...when are you coming to Sacramento?
