Words of wisdom from my dishwasher repairman.
*Never keep your dishwasher detergent under the sink. It is too humid. Keep it in the pantry where it is dry.
*Don't buy soap in bulk. Dishwasher detergent is like milk and is only good for about 30 days. It has an expiration code printed on the bottle- it's a code that makes sense only to the manufacturer because they don't want you to know.
*The best detergent is the one with the most phosphate. Cascade POWDER is the best.
