We were driving down the main drag in town and passed a local tax business. Standing on the sidewalk was some unfortunate person dressed up in a cartoonish looking Uncle Sam costume, waving to passing traffic. With much excitement, Kylie exclaims, "Look! It's Willy Wonka!"
